Toronto's downtown welcomes two new country bars!!

A void in Toronto's night life entertainment scene has finally been filled with the grand opening of not one, but TWO new country bars in the city's downtown!! Though the Greater Toronto area does have some country-themed venues, many country music fans had noticed that the city's downtown core was lacking in honkytonk hangouts.

The Rock'n'Horse Saloon and Boots & Bourbon Saloon held exclusive Pre-Grand Opening events to let people get a sneak of the new digs & celebrate Toronto countrification!!

The Rock'n'Horse Saloon is located in the heart of the city's entertainment district, having taken over the former London Taphouse building at 250 Adelaide St. West, above Adelaide Hall. The bar's barn door front entrance welcomes the party crowd into the rustic wooden bar, decked with cowhide rugs, horseshoes, rope and other downhome decorations. The rowdy crowds can also take advantage of the cowboy-themed menu options, The Bulldog (giant margarita with an upside-down Corona in it), line dancing and ever-popular mechanical bull.  The venue also plans to host live music most nights and will also house a general store for country merch.
