Craig Morgan helps Tennessee car crash victims

Well, they always insist that celebrities are just like the rest of us, but this week, a couple heroic heavyweights made us ask, “what would you do?!”

Last week the internet was all a buzz about how cool John Malkovich was for helping to save a man's life, when he cut his throat on a scaffolding on a Toronto street and was in dire condition. And on Sunday, country star Craig Morgan put his lifesaving skills to use by rushing to help car crash victims on I-40 in Humphreys County, Tennessee.

A trained EMT, Craig Morgan was returning from a show in in Texas when he came upon the crash that involved three tractor trailers. Just missing the scene of the accident by a quarter of a mile in his bus, Morgan and two of his crew members, Joey Greer and Jerry Hines jumped into action. The trio aided emergency responders, cared for injured drivers and even put out a small fire.

Surprisingly everyone involved only suffered minor injuries and Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis, praised the singer for his quick action and help. And what is even more impressive is that this isn't Morgan's first act of heroism – he rescued two children from a burning home in 2011.
